Physical therapy & performance

Physical therapy & performance.

Every session is sixty minutes, one-on-one, in your home or a location you choose. Real clinical attention, with the right specialist, for as long as it takes — not a clinic schedule, not a shared therapist, not a treatment plan built around insurance codes.

What we treat

The full clinical range.

Orthopedic & Post-Surgical

Joint, tendon, and post-op rehab. Built around manual therapy, loaded movement, and a clear return-to-activity plan.

Sports Medicine & Performance

Sport-specific rehab and strength work for athletes and people who train like them.

Neurologic Rehabilitation

Stroke, Parkinson's, brain injury. Task-specific training in the rooms and routines you actually live in.

Vestibular

BPPV, vestibular neuritis, post-concussion, chronic dizziness. Targeted protocols, in-home, with a board-certified neurologic specialist.

Strength & Conditioning

For people who've finished rehab and want to keep going. Programmed by a CSCS, designed for capacity that lasts.

Balance & Fall Prevention

The strength, coordination, and reaction work that keeps independence intact. Guided by a neurologic specialist.

Your first visit

What to expect, start to finish.

01

We arrive on time, with everything

Treatment table, ultrasound when needed, manual therapy tools, exercise equipment. You don't need to prepare a thing.

02

A real conversation, then movement assessment

First 15 minutes: your story, your goals, what's been tried. Then a thorough screen — strength, mobility, balance, the specific movements your situation calls for.

03

Treatment, in your space

Manual therapy, dosed exercise, education. We work in the rooms you use, with the equipment you have, so the plan continues between visits.

04

A clear plan before we leave

Specific homework, expected timeline, what to watch for. Your specialist's contact for questions between sessions.

Helpful to have

What to bring (or have nearby).

  • Comfortable clothes you can move in
  • Any imaging or medical records (optional, helpful)
  • A list of medications, if relevant
  • Questions — write them down so we don't miss any
Frequently asked

Questions, answered.

No. California's Direct Access law allows you to see a physical therapist directly for the first 45 days or 12 visits, whichever comes first. We'll guide you if your case requires escalation.
